It’s the 8th day of 2019 and I am still trying to let go of something’s from 2018.
I am blessed that God is keeping me in His loving arms and continually reminding me of who I am and what to focus on.
It’s challenging to know all my past and allow myself to be completely present in this moment. But isn’t it a challenge worth doing?
My thoughts haunt me, my memory taunts me, and the truth is all I have to do is ‘Suit Up’!
My flesh is weak but God’s word is strong. I lay what I can at the cross and take everything else to my war room. The devil has no chance or space in my life. God has sent Jesus to fight the spiritual war with me. If God is for me who can be against me.
I have to say this scripture to myself many times until it gets deep down inside of me and lives at the core of my being.

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that Krys can take her stand against the devil’s schemes. For Krys’ struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
Therefore Krys put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, Krys may be able to stand her ground, and after she has done everything, to stand. Krys will Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around her waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with her feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.
In addition to all this, Krys will take up the shield of faith, with which She can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Krys will take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.
With this in mind, Krys will be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. Krys will pray also for others, that whenever they speak, words may be given to them so that they will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which we are ambassador in chains.
Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.” Ephesians 6:10-20 NIV (has been edited to speak this over my life)
With love always,
Krys Grant-Ray
