Let’s go on a journey to being resilient. This means your life has to be filled with challenges and difficult moments.
Resilient – capable of withstanding shock without permanent deformation or rupture.
Resilient people are able to become resilient leaders.
Resilient people have the ability to bounce back is more than coping. You are flexible, adapt to new and different situations, learn from your experiences, you are optimistic and seek help when needed.
I learned to be resilient. My journey to resilience taught me how manage tough workloads, frustrating conflicts and stress which are risk factors that lead to anxiety and depression.
I am now focused on creating healthy work, home and personal life situations in balance.
A week and a couple days from 2020 I am hopeful.
